Now that your site is up and running, you need to let people know it's there. Here's some ways to attract viewers:

1. in search engines

2. in your print or broadcast advertising

3. newsgroups (don't spam!)

4. your e-mail "signature"

And sites are always under construction; it's the nature of the medium. That's also an advantage. You can (and should) update your content regularly. Keep your viewers coming back for more by:

1. keeping content fresh

2. making "minor" design/artwork changes periodically

3. see what other sites are doing for new ideas and enhancements.

The web will keep changing, as will the tools used to publish on it. However, the need for purpose, design and organization will never change.
