- Graphical construction of pages
- Easier for beginners
- eg: Adobe Photoshop, DeBabbelizer, Adobe Illustrator,
Freehand, GIF Converter, WebMap- To produce your artwork
- Some are commercial, some are shareware
- Allows for a variety of effects
